The experience was quite remarkable during my 4-night stay. I was especially impressed by the breathtaking balcony view from my Junior Suite, which gave me a lovely perspective of the bustling streets below. I took advantage of the hotel's prime location to visit the nearby Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Hanoi Night Market. One highlight of my stay was the scrumptious breakfast, offering a wide variety of options that really energized me for the day ahead. I can't forget to mention Vy, whose exceptional service made my visit feel extra special, with her thoughtful touches and assistance during my adventures.

I had an awesome stay for 2 nights. The staff were super welcoming, and Vy even put together a guide to help me explore. My room was clean and comfy, with an amazing balcony view. The location made it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. Definitely recommend! 😊

arriving early was an absolute nightmare with a sleepy receptionist, really sets the mood for your stay, right? noise everywhere— couldn’t sleep a wink. i did expect a complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences, at least a fruit basket or something. disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it, almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

my recent stay at maya boutique hotel & spa was amazing! i loved how central it was, making it easy to explore the old quarter in just a short walk. the staff really went out of their way to ensure my visit was special with tips on local hotspots.

The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. We had some lovely walks with our small dog in the neighborhood, and the staff made us feel right at home. Kevin was especially helpful in avoiding overpriced tours, so we had some delightful meals on our own.
